1.Install a File Manager: Use the Oculus browser to download a file manager app like APK Installer or Zarchiver from a trusted source like APKMirror

2.Enable Unknown Sources: Go to your Quest 2 settings and enable "Unknown Sources" to allow installation of apps from outside the Oculus Store

3.Download the APK: Use the Oculus Browser to download the APK file you want to install

4.Install the APK: Open the file manager app you installed, navigate to the downloaded APK file, and install it
